The CIS (and Brinks Code) will only be kept with us until the transaction has taken place, except for Rolls and Extension, where the documents will be stored in a safe.

Completion of Transaction:

Both parties agree to the terms.
Contracts are signed, including NCNDA and IMFPA
In the IMFPA, assigns are listed by name for security reasons.
